Purchaser has read, understands and agrees to comply with the terms listed below and privacy policy.

UrbanHousePlans.com and or its parent company and subsidiaries disclaim all other warranties expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness of the purpose.

UrbanHousePlans.com is the exclusive property of all plans in the online website. Reproduction in whole or in part is strictly prohibited by law.

Our construction plans may not be returned for credit or refund under any circumstances. UrbanHousePlans.com is not liable for incidental, special, consequential and indirect damage of any kind, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits and or business opportunity or other economic loss arising out of the use of our service or any construction plans received from UrbanHousePlans.com even if UrbanHousePlans.com has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

UrbanHousePlans.com assumes no liability for any homes constructed from these plans. The purchaser of any plans is responsible to perform building review in compliance with local and applicable national regulations and fitness thereof of any plans before beginning construction. In the event of any liability is imposed on UrbanHousePlans.com it shall not exceed the price paid for the UrbanHousePlans.com product.

Structural components appearing on our working drawings were adequate and in strict compliance with all the governing municipal codes and regulations at the time and location they were designed. However from time to time codes may change and dependent on the location, structural sizing and loads may need to be recalculated as per site basis.

Owner and contractor must verify all dimensions of the drawings for compliances with all applicable codes and by laws for the area where the house will be built.

It is and will remain the responsibility of the owner and/or the contractor to verify all dimensions prior to the construction that the proposed construction meets all the applicable building codes and regulations.

Due to our copyright only two copies are stamped with “building permit” for submission. The balance is stamped with "Not For Construction" and is permitted for the purposes of building only one home.

Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our plan information we reserve the right to make corrections on our floor plans or elevations if changes occur. We do not assume any responsibility for any errors or omissions.

We do not offer any warranties express or implied with respect to the content or use of our house plans especially because we can not provide on site construction control and supervision over actual construction, and due to great variation in local building regulations, soil, snow load, wind factor and seismic requirements.

Purchaser agrees to hold harmless UrbanHousePlans.com, its owners, associates and employees for any and all liability resulting from the content, use and final construction drawings of which the owners, builders and contractors assume full responsibility for its use and code and site adaptation. Purchaser of a plan package constitutes a license agreement for construction of only one dwelling.
