3 options to order your plan set:
1. Order Form - Send us your preferences by filling up the order form and we will get in touch with you by phone or email to discuss payment and delivery details.
2. Mail/Fax Form - Download the PDF file and fill up manually. You can either send us the filled up form by mail (4701 Hastings St., Burnaby, BC, Canada V5C 2K8) or fax it - 1(604)251-4670.
3. Secured Online Payment - Select your basic order with options and you can pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or PayPal in a secured website environment.

As soon as we recieve your order, we will process it within 5-10 business days of your receipt, we will ship the plan set at the exact address indicated on your order form.
